A FRIEND was telling me about a work colleague of his that had seen my sites and was keen to start a website of his own.

THE Rising Slowly site has drawn together a number of reports about the tornado in Birmingham from both larger media sources but also local people armed with a blog and digital camera.

As one person reports, it looks as though the winds were more than a 'mini' tornado and there could easily have been many more casualties considering the time of day the winds struck.
